We will exchange LD-brand ink and toner cartridges within one year from the purchase date. We will exchange OEM items and office supplies within 30 days from the purchase date. We will process the return and ship the replacement item within 7 to 15 days of receiving the returned item. Any price difference between the returned item and replacement item will be charged to the customer's preferred method of payment. If you need to exchange an item, please call our customer service team at 888-321-2552 prior to returning your item.
