From time to time, you might find one of our cartridges or office supplies on backorder, or out of stock. If a product is on backorder, a backorder message should clearly be displayed on the related search results page and product page. To find out when a product will be back in stock, submit your email address on the product page and we will send you a notification the moment your product is available. Or, contact one of our helpful customer service agents for an expected shipping date.
Backorders are a top priority. We do our best to get our products back in stock and out to our customers as quickly as possible. Most items are in stock within the week if they show backordered online. If a product does not show as backordered online, it should be in stock and ready to ship.
